About the Role
• Monitor patient’s condition and access their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to the doctors.
• Collaborate and work closely with doctors and nurses to take care of patients.
• Perform routine procedures (e.g. administering injections, blood pressure measurements, blood taking etc) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Perform nursing care, bedside care and patient education when necessary
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.
• Proficient in the use of medical equipment for specialized areas/units
• Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Dispensing medication.
• Assist in clinic counter duties on ad-hoc basis.
• Any other duties determined by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
• Degree in Nursing from recognized training institution with at least 3 years post-degree working experience in hospital settings
• Registered Nurse with valid nursing practising licence
• Possess a valid BCLS or CPR/AED certification.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities, in written and spoken English
• Available to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays when required
• Able to commit to minimum of 2 years contract
• Relocate to Singapore
